Below please find a few update of the Boat House Project:

·         The framing of the back roof is completed and currently awaiting the material for the rubber roofing to be installed shortly thereafter.

·         The framing of the front porch should be completed by Sunday and is schedule to be shingled next week.

·         The lower section of the rear dock of the boathouse will have new decking installed next week.

·         The water level at the lake is starting to rise to normal levels.

·         Rotten timbers in front of the boat house, supporting the current deck have been removed and replaced.

·         Exterior framing that was not sitting on pillions have been repaired.

Based upon next weeks weather forecast, it looks like a very good work week to complete additional tasks.

The estimated completion date of the project is mid to late August.
