There are several signs in the neighborhood from recently contractor and political signs.    

 

Please see below from Article XII of the Declaration.

 

"The following are deemed lo constitute a nuisance and shall be strictly prohibited within the Plan, it being desirable and essential to maintain a high-quality aesthetic
living community within the Plan:...

12.3. Billboards or signs of any type, except signs advertising the sale of Lots, although Declarant reserves the right to install and maintain promotional signs and
displays within the Plan during development;..."

 

To be in compliance with the above, please remove any contractor and political signs.
